Thank you to Kate and Sophie for making an awesome lasagna! I made some vegan fried eggplant using Pabst Blue Ribbon instead of milk to get the crumbs to stick. Thanks to everyone who brought wine.

Eggplant Parmesan and Lasagna and Casino
January 25th, will be eggplant parmesan and lasagna and the movie Casino.
Kate S. and Sophie R. are the guest chefs and will be making a lasagna. Alan will be making eggplant parmesan.
