Thank you to Kate and Sophie for making an awesome lasagna! I made some vegan fried eggplant using Pabst Blue Ribbon instead of milk to get the crumbs to stick. Thanks to everyone who brought wine.

January 25th, will be eggplant parmesan and lasagna and the movie Casino.

Kate S. and Sophie R. are the guest chefs and will be making a lasagna. Alan will be making eggplant parmesan.

Casino (1995) is directed by Martin Scorsese and stars Robert De Niro and Sharon Stone. The movie is 178 minutes.

Doors open at 7:00 PM.

Dinner starts at 8:00 PM.

Movie starts at 8:30 PM.

We will have seating priorities for the top donors and a raffle winner.

January 18th, will be a risotto dinner and the movie Goodfellas.

We will also be celebrating Doug and Jeff B.'s birthdays. There will be cake.

Dinner will be made by guest chef Jessica. She is a chef at the Brooklyn restaurant, The Good Fork.
